Mobile computing enthusiasts will receive yet another treat from Micro-Star International in a few days’ time come CES. It will be in the form of the MSI U120, which not only is capable of surfing the Internet at 3.5G speeds, but is also WiMAX ready. It is one of the world’s first netbooks with WiMAX tech compatibility built-in right out of the box. Of course, it will also have other basic netbook features, such as enough connectivity ports to satisfy any sane person, a sizable hard drive, and reasonable battery life. None of the above has been promised yet, though, so I’m guessing we’ll hear more about the MSI U120 once MSI starts their keynote/exhibit during CES 2009 in Las Vegas.
